Mr. Kasparek is a Principal and founding Partner of Lynd
Residential Properties and Lynd Development Partners. Sam has
served as the company's CFO from 2002 until June 1st 2011 when he
assumed the role of Managing Partner. In his new capacity he has
relocated to Denver, Colorado and opened LYND's third corporate
office with a focus on expanding the LYND presence in the Western
markets of the United States. Mr. Kasparek has been instrumental in
leading LYND through its expansion as a small, San Antonio operator
in 2002 to one of the multifamily industry's leading national
property management, investment and development companies today
with over $1.2 billion of real estate transactions consummated
during his tenure as CFO. Mr. Kasparek is a CPA licensed in Texas
and a former Big 4 audit manager. He has over 15 years of
experience in accounting, financial reporting and investor
relations. Mr. Kasparek received his B.S. in Business
Administration from Trinity University with a double concentration
in Accounting and Finance. He also minored in Economics.
